Registration Policy for Authors

To be included in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at the full registration rate. The registration must be completed before the camera-ready submission deadline. One full registration covers the publication of one paper and Participation of one author.

Presentation Guidelines

  • Oral Presentations: Will consist of a 12-minute talk followed by a 3-5 minutes Q&A session.
  • Poster Presentations: Will be scheduled during dedicated sessions. The required poster size and format will be provided upon acceptance.
  • IEEE No-Show Policy: Papers that are accepted but not presented at the conference will be withdrawn from the proceedings and will not be published in IEEE Xplore®.

Manuscript Review Guidelines

All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by independent reviewers. Evaluation will be based on the following key criteria:

  1. Originality and Relevance – Novel contributions with significant relevance to the conference themes.
  2. Technical Merit and Innovation – Sound methodology, theoretical depth, and practical applicability.
  3. Clarity and Presentation Quality – Well-structured content with clear objectives, coherent narrative, and professional writing standards.

Essential Elements of a Conference Paper

To ensure academic and scientific merit, each submission must demonstrate:

  • Technical Soundness and Novelty: The paper should introduce innovative methods, frameworks, or findings relevant to the conference scope.
  • High-Quality Writing: The manuscript must be well-written in English, logically organized, and accessible to a global scholarly audience.

Each paper should include the following components:

  • Metadata: Title, abstract, keywords, author affiliations, and references—all in English.
  • Abstract: A concise, informative summary that enables readers to assess the paper’s relevance.
  • Introduction: A clear statement of the paper’s purpose, research context, and related literature.
  • Methods: A detailed description of the methodology sufficient for replication.
  • Results: Presentation of data, findings, or outcomes with appropriate analysis.
  • Conclusion: Interpretation of results, implications, and potential applications.

Papers lacking in originality, clarity, or technical rigor may be rejected or returned for revision.

Visa and Accommodation Information

For visa purposes, the conference will issue official invitation or acceptance letters upon request. However, authors are solely responsible for obtaining their visas and must consult the relevant consulate or official government websites for country-specific requirements and procedures.

Accommodation arrangements are also the responsibility of participants. Nearby lodging options can be explored through platforms such as booking.com or agoda.com.

The detailed conference schedule will be released on 10 April 2026.

Please note:

  • Day 1 will be held physically, with all on-site presentations scheduled on this day.
  • Day 2 will be conducted entirely online for virtual participants.
