The registration rates for ICIICE 2027 are as follows. To qualify for the Early Bird rates, registration and payment must be completed by January 27, 2027.

Note:
- To qualify for IEEE member rates, a valid IEEE membership number must be provided during registration.
- To qualify for student rates, proof of current student status (e.g., a valid student ID card) must be provided upon request.
- * If two or more authors of the same paper plan to attend the conference in person, each additional author is required to register under the “Second/Third/Additional Physical Author“ Category.
Author Registration Policy
- To be included in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®, at least one author of each accepted paper must register.
- The author registration must be completed before the camera-ready submission deadline of January 27 2027.
- A single full registration covers the publication of one (1) paper (up to 6 pages).
- An additional fee of 50 EUR will be charged for each extra page in a paper.
Registration Inclusions
A physical registration includes:
- Access to all technical sessions, including keynote speeches, tutorials, and oral/poster sessions.
- A digital copy of the conference proceedings.
- Admission to the opening and closing ceremonies.
- Coffee breaks and lunches.
- A conference kit.
- Admission to the official Conference Networking Reception.
Payment Methods
- Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard. Payments are processed through our secure online registration portal. This is the fastest and easiest way to register. Send an email to [email protected] to Register Now
- Bank / Wire Transfer: If you are unable to pay by credit card, you may request to pay by bank transfer. Please note that all bank charges and any intermediary fees must be paid by the registrant. Send email to [email protected]
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
- Cancellations received on or before January 27, 2027, will receive a full refund, minus a 100 EUR administrative processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 27, 2027.
- Important: Author registrations that are used to cover the article processing and publication of a paper are non-refundable.
